Is this a platform or a service?
Both. We build and operate the workflow for you, running on our infrastructure (or yours). You get a dashboard, we get paged when something drifts.
What if a model hallucinates?
Agents can only use tools you've authorized, within guardrails you've set. Every destructive action goes through a policy check and, for anything above threshold, a human.
How do you charge for model usage?
Included in the run & maintain fee. If you BYO keys in Enterprise, the model cost is on your account and we don't mark it up.
