Why flat pricing instead of per-seat or per-run?
Charging per use makes teams afraid to run the product. We'd rather your workflows run as often as you need, so we keep the price flat and absorb the usage cost ourselves.
What happens if a workflow breaks?
Every workflow ships with automated checks. If it stops performing the way we agreed, we pause it, fix it, and redeploy. Keeping it running is our responsibility, not yours.
How is our data handled?
Your data is used only to run your workflows. We don't train models on it or share it. If you bring your own model keys, it stays within your own provider account.
What if we want a workflow you haven't built yet?
That's a Custom build. Tell us the process, and we'll scope it, quote a fixed price, and build it against your stack.
How quickly can we go live?
A pilot workflow is typically live within about two weeks. Larger or custom builds depend on scope — we'll give you a clear timeline in the quote.
Can we cancel anytime?
