Why flat pricing instead of per-seat or per-run?
Metered pricing makes customers afraid to use the product. We want your workflows running as often as they need to. We take the volatility risk — that's our job.
What happens if a workflow breaks?
Every workflow ships with evals. If performance drops below the baseline we agreed on, we pause it, fix it, and re-deploy. Your SLA is on a workflow basis, not ours.
Do we own what you build?
You own the workflow spec, the evals, and the data. The agent runtime is ours. If you leave, we hand over the spec and 90 days of logs in a portable format.
Can we start with Enterprise directly?
Yes — most regulated customers do. We still recommend one pilot workflow to calibrate scope and handover, but it runs in parallel to infosec review.
Is there a discount for non-profits or academia?
Yes. 40% off Pilot and 25% off Team for verified non-profits, research labs, and .edu domains.
What if the workflow doesn't work?
Pilot includes a 30-day performance guarantee: if the workflow doesn't hit the success metric we agreed on, we refund the build fee. This has happened twice.
